 SEPTEMBER      
 9/15/15 Council of Mexican Federations Mexican-American Dream Scholarship $500-$1,000 Must be an AB­ 540 student or member of a COFEM affiliated federation or club. Must reside and attend school in the following counties only: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Inland Empire, and Ventura County.
JANUARY      
 1/18/16 Google Lime Scholarship Program
$10,000 or $5,000 (for those studying in Canada)  No citizenship requirements; students with disabilities who are pursuing a degree in computer science or a closely related technical field. Open to undergraduate and graduate
universities in the U.S. or Canada.
 FEBRUARY      
 2/15/16 BMI Student Composer Award $500-$5,000 Must be a citizen of a country in the Western Hemisphere. Must be enrolled in an accredited public, private, or parochial secondary school, in an accredited college or conservatory of music, or engaged in the private study of music with a recognized and established teacher (other than a relative). Must be age 27 or younger, as of February 15, 2016. Must either graduate from high school or earn your GED diploma by the end of the 2015­-2016 academic year or have already graduated or earned your GED diploma. Must have earned a high school un-uweighted GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or an equivalent GED score). Must not have enrolled in an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program or have earned college credits. 
 2/15/16 The Dream.US Scholarship
Up to $12,500 for AA or AS) or $25,000 (for BA or BS).  Must either graduate from high school or earn your GED diploma by the end of the 2015­ 2016 academic year or have already graduated or earned your GED diploma. Must have
earned a high school un-weighted GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or an equivalent GED score). Must not have enrolled in an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program or have earned college credits (excluding credits earned while in a high school pre-college, dual enrollment program, advanced placement testing, or through the College Level Examination Program CLEP). Must intend to enroll full­time in an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program at one of TheDream.US Partner Colleges within one year of receiving the Scholarship. Must be eligible for in­state tuition if seeking to attend a Partner College that is a public institution. Must have come to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday. Must be DACA or TPS eligible and have applied for or received DACA or TPS approval. Must demonstrate significant unmet financial need. Must be college–ready.

 3/25/16 Ayn Rand Anthem Essay Contest  $200-$2,000 Must be an 8th, 9th, or 10th grader.
 APRIL      
 4/1/16 Scholarship for Prospective Educators
$500-$2,000 Must be a high school senior. Must be planning on majoring in education.
 4/1/16 Davis Putter Scholarship Fund
$8,000 Must be an undergraduate or graduate student. Citizenship is not a consideration. Applicants must be living in the U.S. and planning to enroll in the U.S. to apply.
 4/29/16 Ayn Rand The Fountainhead Essay Contest
  Essay contest open to 11th and 12th graders.
